    Runlimit, I am in the same boat. I try and try, lose 3 pounds, then gain it back. I was using Weight Watchers hoping that paying money would help me stay with this. I eat healthy and clean about 90% of the time. I'm working on changing my lifestyle and stay away from restaurants until I get this figured out. I am retired so I have time to exercise. Trying to stick with 30 min personal training 2 x week, 45 min core strength class 4 x week, and swim 40 min 4 x week. I'm doing well sticking with it and I am trying to up my lean protein to 100g/day. What does your plan look like?
