Lose a steady 14lbs by Xmas 🤔

I am just back on MFP and I always find that once I make progress I can more easily stay motivated. 14 lbs by Christmas would be AWESOME, doable, and right in track with the other challenges I’m following.

I’m here for it!!! I get so happy when I go on the scale and it says I’m down and I change literally nothing, I don’t eat bad, I still kill myself at the gym and it goes back up so I’m hoping to be 14 pounds down for a good 3-4 days by Christmas. (I know it’s probably just the weights and you go up before you go down but still. I hate it lol)1

I'm a day or 2 late joining, but hoping this will help me kickstart losing again as I'm stuck right now bouncing back and forth between 198 and 200. 14 lbs by X-mas would be great!

As I suspected, I had a high sodium day yesterday and my weight went up accordingly. I'll try and be more careful today! I've also added exercise back into my lifestyle. Every little bit helps right. Hoping it will get the scale moving.1
