Hi guys, I'm sure lots of us are lazy to go to gym so anyone with the weight loss program doing home exercise let's be friends and share what we usually do!

i just walk. i lost a ton in the past just walking and most recently even though i am on the last few pounds, lost again with just walking (injured and cannot run anymore).0

I do some Zumba at home, mainly. I have the routines I also try to do some weights when I have the chance, and other bits and bobs of exercise when I can. I'm not a big fan of going to the gym - not so much because of the lazy, but because.... people... so many people....1

just because someone doesn't go to a gym doesn't necessarily make them lazy...4 -

That is great! I've read that if you wanna burn calories, people at least have to walk 10.000 steps. Do you track your steps?chantellervheerden wrote: »I do some Zumba at home, mainly. I have no knowledge about Zumba and weight lifts. Must be fun to do Zumba! True, I somehow feel shy when I go to gym. I just feel like a weak potato...0 -

There are many reasons people cannot go to gym. For me, gym is far and I do not have private vehicle to go there. Not willing to pay taxi just for gym. I'm also not willing to pay the monthly price that for me is expensive. Those reasons make me 'lazy', unwilling, to go to gym. Hence I bought necessary thing to do home exercise.
Anyway I was saying the lazy word just to be relatable with some milennials. No offense.0 -
Yeah... a gym is just not for me. I don't like people looking at me, and I don't like looking at people. So home it is!
Zumba is a lot of fun! I have a large mirror on the one wall of the main room, so the only person who gets to laugh at my wiggle, shaky booty is myself. But it's by far one of my favourite cardio workouts. Though... I'm finally giving in and getting a rowing machine this weekend. I love, LOVE rowing while listening to a background of nature sounds with rhythmic music laid over. Close my eyes and pretend I'm on the water. (Put some water in a bowl in front of a fan off to the side, and the whole thing feels even better!)1 -
Since some of you had shared your workout, I honestly do not have proper knowledge about sport. I do what's in the internet.
Currently I'm doing this one:

It's only for 7 minutes but it makes me so sweaty! Currently in my 2nd day.4 -

Sounds a lot of fun! How long have u been doing Zumba and how's the result? Do you have any video recommendation for people who want to do Zumba also?0 -
I don't go to a gym either. I've got so many DVDs to choose from and have recently started doing Les Mills. It does cost for the subscription but the workouts you get are amazing! You can also download YouTube and find some great workouts in PopSugar Fitness and Extreme Fitness with Phil. I also have started walking at lunch now that the weather has cooled down. It was impossible during the day over the Summer to walk and go back to work because it is so hot in Georgia.

I've been doing it for about 3 months, with some additional exercise the last month, and I've gone down 20kg's (+ - 40lbs). I would recommend looking at...

I see! Same also in Qatar, if it's summer, it will be 47'C or 117'F. It's not humane. When did you start and how's the progress?0 -

OMG 20 kg in 3 months??? That's insane! You must be proud of yourself ❤❤ Thanks for sharing, I will look for the least killing Zumba one! 😂0 -
Hi try Chloe ting on YouTube her workouts are amazing x0

I stopped going to the gym years ago! I do various cardio workouts on YouTube (Pop Sugar Fitness is probably my favorite) and then do strength training with dumbbells and body weight exercises.
I’m also trying to get into running again but my neighborhood seems to have something against sidewalks and doesn’t have any great running paths.1 -
I need a friend on this dite0

i cannot bring myself to go to a gy, feel so bad about my body and lack of strengh.
I mostly do yoga (yoga with Adriene, all the 30 days challenge) and zumba or belly dancing or any kind of dance on Popsugarfitness.
add me if you want to !!!0 -
I hate the gym! It's not my thing. I love my own music, the capacity to work out when ever I like and I like my own space.... I do running, kettle bells and weights, and have a rowing machine, I do martial arts and mountain biking with my 3yr old strapped to the bike seat once a week...oh my god that's hard!! I live in a hilly place. I can only manage my mountain bike 3yr old weight once a week but its so enjoyable for us both.. he loves it! When it rains I have DVDs or YouTube. I'm all set and with my own sound track!!
I've made more progress without a gym. The gym certainly got me going and helped me in the begining but I found a love for exercising outdoors and martial arts instead.. It works for me this way. The only way I would see myself going to the gym would be if I wanted to lift heavy weights one day.0 -
I haven't been to a gym in years.
I do YouTube videos, popsugar is awesome. I also run when it's wautiful out and keep active other ways. You don't need the gym to be fit. I figure skate, I curl, I run, walk, hike. Staying active is the key to the fountain of youth I've decided.0 -

Hi! It's nice to see someone else in the Middle East here, I'm in Kuwait and I agree with the ridiculous summer temperatures. I think it was over 50 C this past summer here?
Now that it's cooling down, I go out for walks/runs and use the workout equipment at the parks around me. I also do workout videos at home and am seeing a difference in strength and measurements.0
