    Depends on what you are looking for??? High Protein, High Calories, Low Calories, etc.

    I just made one

    1 Cup 30 calorie Almond Milk
    1/4 Cup Water
    2 Scoops Chocolate Protein
    1 Medium Banana

    445 Calories, 42g Carbs, 8g Fat, 54g Protein

    I have made a million variations of protein shakes.

    I mostly use protein powder as a supplement to gulp down with water or make into the most simple mug cake because I would rather save my calories for other stuff, but there are many things you could add to shakes. PB2 could be nice, oreos, bananas, and ice if you're going for a milkshake vibe and have the calories for it, various flavorings to make a vanilla flavored protein shake into anything else you want...etc.

    My daily keto lunch is:
    1 scoop protein powder (I use optimum nutrition)
    .25 c crushed ice
    1 c almond milk
    1Tbl MCT oil

    All in my nutribullet.
    Want it thicker, add more ice.
    Want it sweeter, add some frozen berries.
