Who can ... Join us in this challange??

We stated a goal to be reached this week .. here are the points:
1_ Lose no less than 2 lbs ( or 0.9 kg ).
2_ track the food every day.
3_ never go over daily calories goal.
4_ exercise daily for no less than 20 minutes.


Who wsnts?
Or
Who can do it?

It's something normal as I can see:-)
