Hey from Portland, I am looking for someone to run with, guy or girl. For 3-5 mile runs, I go by myself 4 days a week and it would be awesome to have a partner to push each other.

    Have you looked into local running clubs in your city? Most seem to have them and Portland is a large area so I'm guessing they have at least a couple running clubs. Chances are, if you meet local runners some of them may use MFP as well and then you can link up on here. Just a thought.

    Stop by a Fleet Feet store near you. They'll know about running groups in Portland. They probably have their own running group. I know my local ones do. (They take over the park on Thursdays :#)
