Fell off the wagon

I've been a yo-yo dieter for years. I've had health issues for about 1 1/2 years and regained what I lost. Regardless, I'm feeling better and ready to get back on the wagon!

A few years ago, I began my journey, only to have life get out of hand. I got a divorce, began dating again and got remarried.
I was doing really good, logging my food, going to the gym. I went from almost 400lbs, down to 250lbs, and fell off the wagon, I guess you could say.
Now I see some of my weight creeping back up, so here I am at it again. I started off around 325, now I am around 315.
So we can do it together, we can get back on track. If you need help or just somebody to talk to hit me up0
