That must be such a great feeling! What is your take on macro percentages? Any preference? My trigger food is - and always has been - bread. I am now happiest with about 100 gram of carbs a day. With MFP for nearly 7 months and slowly losing weight.1

My take? Do what works for you If you lose on 100g of carbs, thats great! Find a macro percentage that will help you feel satiated and keep you at your calorie goal.3 -

This dude gets it. Everyone is little different but hitting minimum protein and fat numbers is important. I’m personally miserable under 200 carb.
