Different carb goals each day?

I've set my carb goal as 20g per day - it's the default - but no days see to be 20g. In fact, the goal changes every day.

Anybody know why it keeps changing?!

    you need premium to disconnect workout calories - otherwise it will add those calories in and equally spread across carbs/protein/fat

    Are you logging exercise? If you log exercise, your macros are going to change along with your calorie target. That's what it looks like to me considering all of your macros are changing.

    My Garmin is synced, yes. I have premium. I want my exercise to be logged but not impact my macro goals :/

    I think if you have premium, you have to manually disconnect workout calories in your settings or something...IDK...not something I ever worried about.

    Disconnect your Garmin. All of your exercise will be logged on Connect, but will stop affecting things here.
