    Workout at the gym at least 3times a week. 1200 calories a day, no sweets or pop...only water

    Goals: 15,000 steps day/ 105,000 steps a week (hoping to increase as my leg continues to heal)

    2-3 Days water therapy workouts/6 Days cardio/4 Days lifting

    Well, I'm a little late to the game, but, yes, please!

    Plan: Gym at least 6 days a week, 3 mainly cardio, 3 mainly strength. Food tracking EVERY BITE, no more than 1500 calories a day. Portion control. I am switching to a saucer at home, instead of a regular sized plate, if dinner is a little on the unhealthy side. ONE serving, not two. And a one minute plank, at least once a day.

    CW: 219
    GW: 199 (only been here ONCE since before my 13 year old was born!!!)

    My plan is to drink 120oz of water a day, 10,000 steps a day, working out 4 times a week with a variation of runs and weight training, and staying around 1,500 calories.

    Plan 20,000 steps a day, jogging/walking 2-3 miles 6 days a week. Weight training 3 days a week 1200 cals/ 93 oz water a day.

    Workout goal: walk dog 5 times a week/20 minutes each day. Run the stairs at work 5 days/ week. SWORKIT 3 times week.

    Plan: Zumba once a week, walking my dogs 3 times a week to start, will do more as time goes on, and lastly no nighttime snacking.

    Il weigh Tommorow for Monday weigh in but I predict about 153-155

    Plan : Try to keep alcohol to a minimum. Increase my protein. Limit bad food. Drink enough water! To not be lazy and actually start excersising maybe 3 times a week to start.
