I have 2 NSVs. In the summer, I bought 3 pairs of jeans for my 16 yo daughter. They didn't fit her right. But, I never brought them back to the store. I found them in my closet this morning, and tried them on - BAM! They fit me! 2 size 11's and one size 9 skinny jeans, from the Junior department. LOL ! I couldn't believe they fit me.
And, the other NSV is that I finally look thinner to myself. You guys know what I mean here. How there's a lag between losing, and finally seeing it for yourself.

I have lost 42 pounds since July (I wanna lose another 40+) but I have had comments on my weight loss probably from 15 different friends, family, customers, etc yet I barely notice myself the physical changes (even tho I feel better/more energy, clothes are looser) I just don’t see a physical drastic change! I hope it will become more noticeable to myself soon.

Wow! Sorting wardrobe while packing for a short trip and found a skirt that I had forgotten about. Tried it on and while I could do the zip all the way up I was disappointed that it was a bit tight on the waist. When I took it off I checked the label - it was a UK 12!! I was a UK 22 at my biggest 🤤 OK, it may be a generous 12 but I'll take my kicks where I can. Everything else in my wardrobe is now comfortably loose. When that skirt is wearable for an outing I shall start maintenance!

I've been in a pretty bad depressive episode the last few months and haven't really been exercising, but yesterday I managed to make it to the gym for the first time since March
