What would you tell your future-self if she had to re-start her weight loss journey?

I know that life happens and even the best and most consistent of healthy habits can be challenged and halted when stress and hardship hit us hard. Let’s say something happens in the future that makes it necessary for you to completely restart your weight loss journey. What would you tell yourself to help get those healthy habits back? How would you convince your future self to get back to habitually mindful eating and exercising?

    I would tell myself that in 6months time I’d wish I’d started back today!
    But I’d also remind myself (and do frequently - every time I fall off the wagon) that I feel so much better when I eat well and exercise! Even if I don’t lose weight I feel so damn good and also it’s still good for my heart and body to do exercise
