Safe snacks for people with nut allergies?

I developed nut allergies in August. I'm in search of easy/ high protein snack ideas for work with no sugar added. I work long hours and sometimes don't get lunch breaks.

    Dairy is the only food group that you can enjoy the fat free without them adding sugar ... try cottage cheese it’s very filling and high in protein . You can blend it up with a sugar free pudding mix for a fake cheese cake treat 😊
