For all who asked for success story. Ill try to be brief I joined TOPS in August 2014 at 271. Had ups and downs. Got to 195 by October ā€˜15 and I was sure Iā€™d get to goal. Went to Europe and ate everything i wanted back up to 246. I couldnt follow healthy eating and used food as entertainment.January ā€˜17 restart time. Up and down. Got serious by March. Counted calories, used my fitness pal,cut out restaurants except for healthy ones once a week, used Seattle Sutton and Healthy Root. Exercised, walked dogs professionally up to 3 hours a day. It slowly came off and virtually never missed meetings šŸ˜Š i dont go to restaurants alone unless its Starbucks.
I try to walk 10k steps a day. I often get 18k plus. I drink water with the Cirkul flavored filters i always bring my lunch to work. I can say its 100% worth it and is the life I want. I still overeat on occasion but try to listen to my body to see if im really hungry or just bored. I love frozen yogurt with granola and a child size is enough. I track calories everyday on MFP it all helps. No easy fast way really. But with time it works ! Thanks for all the great comments šŸ˜ƒ
