Keto weight loss support group!

Hey guys, I have just started the keto diet and I’m looking for individuals who would like to be a part of a support group. I want this to be a safe place where you can be vulnerable, share your progress, recipes and motivate each other. It is been very hard giving up my love of bread and pasta but you have to change to be the change. I have now been on keto for a week and have lost 5 1/2 pounds. I was never one to really love to cook but keto has definitely opened up my creativity and has motivated me to cook. I have tried some awesome recipes that are keto friendly such as calzone, spaghetti, cookies and chicken bombs. Feel free to add me, I love to hear where you’re at in your journey! After giving birth to my beautiful son, that baby weight is being super stubborn. Not fear motivation is here ha ha.
