Hi everyone I’m Jenna and I’m at the beginning of a big journey! I need to lose over 100 pounds.
I have obstructive sleep apnea and infertility issues plus endless joint pain and lack of self esteem.

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These are two of the most commonly-referenced threads on MFP; tons of people point to them as being sources of great info when you're just starting out.

Hiya
I’ve been diagnosed as insulin resistant so I need to follow a diabetic diet so low sugar moderate carbs. I’m super new to this so am focusing on the calories and trying not to deprive myself xxxx0
