    Just finished a series of phone calls between several departments at a university my son is thinking of attending politely lecturing/asking/frustratingly suggesting that the admissions office, technology support, and housing all get on the same page when giving out information to prospective students.

    Their miscommunication (we shall say) wasted about 2 hours of my time. So silly me took another 30 minutes talking with them and sending emails to help correct the problem.

    Positive note: I hopefully helped other students/parents in the near future.
