Weight plateau

Hi everyone. I'm new to this site. Needing help with my diet and am interested in comments from others and what they have found to help with their weight loss.
Until recently I have lost 1kg a week but this week I only lost 0.1kg. So very disappointed as I haven't eaten the wrong foods and am trying hard to stay on track.
I drink a litre of water per day, only have a cup of white tea for breakfast, bacon and eggs for lunch, and cauliflower, cabbage, peas, and meat for dinner.
Very little carbs as I'm doing the Atkins diet.
I'm not big on excersize but have done small amounts.
Can someone please help me to loose more weight. Up until this week I have been loosing 1kg a week.
All comments will be greatly appreciated. TIA

Did you put your stats in and see what MFP recommends? Are you watching the macros to see if you are even close to the recommended amounts? MFP builds in a 500 mg daily deficit in the recommendations and is enough to lose about a pound a week (not sure how that translates to kg) Also remember your weight fluctuates every day for lots of reasons. Don't stress about a small loss for one week. Keep going and adjust your plan as needed only after several weeks -- changing too often will not help.0

the weight lost journey is not a straight road. and one week where there is still a loss is not a plateau.
keep the faith. if you weighed and logged everything you ate accurately the weight will keep coming off, you just need to stick to the plan. slow and steady. there will be ups and down along the way.
But do enter you stats in MFP if you haven't to determine a goal calorie count for the day, and ensure to weigh your food and be mindful of what entries you use (They are user generated and can be false). weigh all foods and liquids with calories.2 -
1 kg a week is at the top of healthy weight loss per week. You won't be able to sustain that level of weight loss forever without doing unhealthy things.
Weight loss is not a linear journey. There are going to be weeks where you don't lose and weeks where you gain. Don't fret over one less than stellar week. It sounds like what you are doing is working. One, off week doesn't indicate that you need to change what you are already doing.2 -

When you say "doing atkins" and "very little carbs". Have you read up on atkins? Are you following it as it is explained? How many grams of carbs are you eating a day?0 -
Did you eat a meal that is higher in salt or carbs than you are used to?
Did you just change your exercise routine?
Is it that time of the month or are you ovulating?
Have you injured yourself?
Are you more stressed than usual?
Have you been sleeping poorly this last week?
Are you constipated?......
There are many reasons why your weight may have remained stable over the last week. Trust the process which has been working well for you.0 -
Sounds like a normal fluctuation. How much weight do you have to lose?0
-
I need help on the constipation thing. Drink plenty of water and doing the All Bran breakfast. Still having poop problems.0

This!
I haven't exercised for over a week, I'm extremely stressed due to a problematic homelife at the moment, I haven't slept very well lately and yesterday had quite salty food - and I gained 2.6lb overnight!
I'm not worried as it will come back off in the next couple of days but it does highlight how things can affect the process and that it isn't a linear thing, I know I haven't gained fat, it's just a fluctuation.
Stick with it, give it time and you'll be fine.0 -
Weight fluctuates all the time. It isn't a steady downward trend. Read this awesome article, OP.
