I'd like to join this group. Just restarted MFP logging, etc. In January I weighed lowest in years at 236. Weight yesterday (11/01/18) was 253.4. Goal for 11/30/18 is 245. Goal for Jan 30, 2019 is under 230 for my 32nd 39th bday.
I am pretty self motivated to do an adequate amount of exercising. However, logging has always been a chore but it is the only way I can stay within a reasonable amount of calories (1800 net) that results in weight loss. Hope to stay motivated.
