I’LL BE WEIGHING ON THE 1ST AND THE 30TH IN ORDER TO SEE MY TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS FOR OCTOBER. IN-BETWEEN I WILL WEIGH ON MONDAY’S (WHICH HELPS KEEP ME ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE WEEKENDS).

11/1: 202. Water weight, so I'm dropping lbs but it'll slow...but! I'm pushing and really working at actually getting those pounds down, so maybe it will keep on going down lb by lb!
11/8: 199.4! Considering I didn't officially record my CW until today, very happy it has stayed low this whole time! Now to make some real progress for next week!!
