Hello everyone,
anyone interested to join me in a 60 days (now until Christmas) challenge?
Goal: Better fitness / muscles
5000 pushups
5000 situps
2500 pullups
It's comes down to 100 pushups, 100 situps and 50 pullups per day - taking into account that we may want to pause or go easy for up to 10 days.
Oct 26 is the first day and Dec 24 the last.
Let's do this.

Can't do this one. Situps are not the issue.
I have great upper body endurance (some know what I mean) but not upper body strength.
Someday I'll get to where I can do 10 pushups.
I've never been able to pull ups. That's why I went USAF after high school.
Gym teacher loved having the entire class laugh at me.

Can you do the pushups where you are on the knees? Alternatively you could lay on the back and push up weights. Nobody judging in here. It's all about making personal progress.3

I work the various modifications. The gym has the assisted dip/pull up machine too.
But i don't count those as actual pull up push ups.0 -
