Pick a food you like and weigh out a portion that is under your calorie limit.
ETA: If you weigh out 120 calories of peanut butter, be prepared for sadness.14 -
Seasoned tuna pouches with a few crackers
Clementines, apples, oranges, bananas
Jerky of your chosen protein
Fun size candy bar (happy halloween)
carrots and hummus
yogurt
Celery and 1 Tb PB
Homemade veggie soup (can be very low cal depending on the recipe)3 -

'Tis true, 'tis true. Not sure why someone thinks it's woo.
For snacks, I usually go with something in a vegetable. It's larger volume for lower calorie, but then it doesn't stay with me as long, so a piece of cheese with it. I find half a can of beans to be filling, but it's a little over 125 calories. Two Oreo cookies, or four of the thins. Occasionally, a handful of nuts, but I don't find them as filling, others do though.4 -
String cheese (80 cal) and a piece of fruit
Greek yogurt (either flavored or plain + jam)
Almonds and chocolate
PB and apple or PB toast (definitely weigh the PB, as stated above)
Or just PB on a spoon, that's good too!

Cottage cheese and fruit
Boiled egg with Everything Bagel seasoning
Laughing Cow cheese wedge with Triscuits or Fig & Olive Crisps (I get these at Trader Joe's, but I've seen similar elsewhere)
Cheddar and apple slices
Link of chicken sausage
SmartFood Caramel & Cheddar Mix Popcorn
Pastrami (2 oz) and fresh mozzarella (3 ciliegne)
Trader Joe's Spinach & Kale Greek Yogurt Dip with cut veggies
Hummus and veggies0 -
For a snack i'll usually have either string cheese, an apple, egg, greek yogurt, or a protein shake (also depends on what macro i'm low on for the day.)0

Diamond makes a variety of 100-calorie nut packs. I like the dill pickle cashew or the raw almond/walnut.0

Apples are a good pick for me since they help me get the sweet crunch and keep me filling full for a bit.
