Rebounder?

Does anyone else use a rebounder at home — and if so, where do you get your programs?. Hard to bounce and watch YouTube at the same time.

    I use a rebounder and watch tv while I do it. I have tried the instructional videos but in the end do better with my own routine. The only downside is my rebounder squeaks so the tv sound is probably a bit loud. Enjoy!

    I got a gold's one from Walmart. There are a few rebounder videos on YouTube, but mostly I just do it for a few minutes when I have spare time or during commercials.
