How do I convert the cardiovascular exercise (running) from kph to mph?

This works for me. It does the math so my brain doesn't get overloaded.

Multiply by 6, move the decimal point to the left. No, it's not exactly right. If you want it closer, multiply kph by 2, move the decimal 2 places left and add that to the first number.
Example - 10 kph x 6 = 60, move decimal and it's 6 mph. Want it closer? 10 x 2 = 20, move decimal 2 places and its .2, which you add to the 6 to get 6.2 mph. Simple; can be done in your head in 5-10 seconds.

Do you mean in general or how do you get it so the database entries for walking/running/etc paces show up as mph vs km/h?

If it’s the latter, go into settings and change your preferred units. That will change everything from metric to imperial.
