IF and Calories

If i do IF do i limit my calorie intake or is it the same just in a specific timeframe?

    Is what the same?

    If you want to lose weight you just need to eat in a calorie deficit. Meal timing has little to no impact on that.

    Right. Well you still have to be mindful of calories no matter what your eating schedule is.

    Your calorie goal to lose weight will be the same whether you're doing IF or a more spread out schedule. If IF is right for you, the smaller eating window will make it easier for you hit that goal while keeping your appetite under control
