I am a little bit proud of myself today as I was a little bit down after weigh in with a loss of only 1.7kgs in 4 weeks. I cracked it and decided I was going to eat cake. I then sat in the coffee shop and had the thought that if I ate the cake then I wouldn't have enought calories for the rest of the day I still went to the counter but suddenly the cakes didn't look so good. I had a coffee sat down and read through some posts on her and voila I was back on track and finished my day with a negative calorie count. I think I've got this.
