Whats everyone having for dinner tonight? I have nothing in the fridge and trying to decide what to have! To be honest it'll probably be a low fat ready meal and pizza for the kids!

I think we're having leftovers/freezer meals. Might make some bean and cheese burritos for my husband. Mine will probably be this chicken veggie "stir fry" thing we had last night. Pizza sounds like a good idea though :D Maybe if my husband is feeling it we'll get a thin crust pacific veggie from Dominos.

I'm trying to decide between classic tuna-noodle casserole and steamed broccoli, tomatoey tortellini soup with lots of vegetables and Italian sausage, or a frozen bacon lover's pizza (shockingly reasonable on both calories and macros) and side salad. All sound equally appealing, all are pretty easy to make, I will probably decide 45 seconds before my kid starts trying to eat the sofa this evening.

Everyone's dinners sound amazing! I ended up having a big salad with egg mayo and grated cheese. Then an Options hot choc and 5 Caramel Nibbles for a 100 call snack. I may have had a couple of spoons of the mac n cheese I made the family.... Just to check it was OK of course 😳

I made baked salmon with a brown sugar, smoked paprika, fresh garlic, and a lite soy sauce glaze. With that we had a big green salad with Skinny Girl poppyseed dressing.

I baked chicken and roasted veggies (brussels sprouts, carrots and broccoli), plus made mac n cheese to go with for hubby n the kids though i personally didn’t have any. Roasted veggies and baked chicken is my go to oops-i-forgot-about-dinner fixit. 😂 So long as I remember I need to feed people by 5, I can have dinner ready to eat before 6. 👍🏻

A turkey stir fry that will continue to serve as lunch for a few days. It includes:
ground turkey, a cucumber, bell peppers, jalapenos, asparagus, onion, garlic, and carrots. I'll probably add cayenne, chili powder, black pepper, and maybe some cumin.

One of my favorite vegan dishes uses butternut squash in the vegan mac & cheese recipe: https://kripalu.org/resources/kripalu-recipe-squash-roni

I meant to grab a squash from Mom's last weekend. I make this every fall after she harvests.
