This is a bit early but as stated in the October challenge I will be away rest of the month and perhaps a few days into November. I WILL log my personal data too Oct when I return and I WILL join you here in NOVEMBER. That is the plan anyway.

My personal goal is walking and I'm starting out small and get in at least 60 miles for the month. Do we just come here every few days and record our progress? Or, do we record our progress daily? I've learned from past challenges that I'm not very good with coming back everyday but every 2 or 3 days is great.1

NEW NOVEMBER GOALS (11/11)
I've moved from UK to Zambia this month, so will find ways to exercise, walking isn't much of a thing here and will take some time to slowly get used to heat and altitude for running. Devised a workout plan now, which i'll aim to do every other day.
Thu 01/11 13,500 steps, 9.5km +boxing
Fri 02/11 10,400 steps 7.2km
Sat 03/11 11,150 steps 7.8km
Sun 04/11 6350 steps 4.4km
Mon 05/11 17,750 steps 15.3km incl 10k run
Tue 06/11 7550 steps 5.3km - arrived in Zambia
Wed 07/11 4850 steps 3.4km
Thu 08/11 4000 steps 2.7km
Fri 09/11 10,800 steps 7km - including a 1km run, which was way harder than expected due to heat and altitude. I'm at 1300m/4250ft here, coming from sea level. I didn't expect this to have an impact, fighting off the last of a cold may also have to do with it.
Sat 10/11 3400 steps 2.2km - devised and completed body weight and skipping rope work out programme i'll aim to do every other day
Sun 11/11 4200 steps 2.7km
Mon 12/11 7000 steps and programme 4.5km
Tue 13/11 4000 steps 2.5km
Wed 14/11 6400 steps 4.1km - overslept, so no exercise in the morning, the evenings are too hot.
Thu 15/11 10,400 steps 6.9km - went home for lunch, mainly for the steps, and then also walked to the shops (without a car still)
Fri 16/11 11,382 steps 7.5km - including a 2.3km run and 2km walk in the morning, the other steps are to work and around the shops. workout done
