I have an event on December 26 and i want to lose 10kgs - I stair climb 3kms in 30 minutes 5 times a week, walk 40 minutes 3-5 times a week and do weight training once a week. I eat around 2000 calories and mainly a paleo keto diet. Who is with me?
I’m a 36 year old female, 168cms and currently weight 77kgs

that would equate to half a lb a day or 3.5lbs a week. its not a healty rate of loss for someone of your height and current weight . it would be a 12,250 calorie deficit weekly or 1750 daily. if you are eating 2000 calories that means your TDEE would have to be 3750 to lose that much that quickly.so at your height and weight you will be losing a lot of lean mass trying to lose 3.5 lbs a week. with only 20kg(22 lbs to lose) you should have your goal set to lose .5(1/2 lb) a week.

your TDEE is your BMR(what your body burns just by being alive without activity) + your activity calories(exercise, job activity, etc). so basically what you would need to maintain your current weight. with your exercise activity it doesnt sound like you are extremely active unless you have a job where you are active like being on your feet all day? either way your goal is too aggressive for only wanting to lose 22lbs(10kg).I would also weight train at least 3 days a week and get enough protein to prevent some of that lean mass. but 3.5 lbs a week at your weight is way too much to try and lose. even for someone 100+ lbs overweight it could be too aggressive for them(after the initial water weight loss).
