Trying to lose. Have been exercising faithfully for over 2 years. Increased to 5-6 days per week because scale hasn’t moved for months. Body accustomed to exercising but changed it up to help with losing.0

weight loss is calories in VS calories out (you want more out than in).
you are only tackling calories out (exercise) but it may be helpful to get a ballpark idea of what you are eating (calories IN). sometimes increase in exercise just means you get hungrier and eat more which won't contribute to weight loss.0 -
There is a common saying "You can not out exercise a bad diet". That being said if you are close to your goal weight stop with the scale and start with taping as your measurement.1
