    Year in School: Sophomore

If so, have you ever used your school's gym?: Yes, I actually used the gym a lot last year so exercise wasn't really my problem. FOOD and ALCOHOL were my problems!!

Does your school have a gym?: Yes
If so, have you ever used your school's gym?: Not as of yet, I pay $9 for a trip down there in tolls and parking each time where I pay $10/MONTH at my gym up here and it's not an hour commute. ( I may go on mondays when i'm there all day if my foot ever heals up though)

Does your school have a gym?: Yes
If so, have you ever used your school's gym?: No. I would feel too self conscious. I don't like the whole social and hook up aspect of gyms and I feel like uni gyms would be like that times 10

Ok, I guess I should do mine too :)

    Major: Mathematics
    Year in School: sophomore
Does your school have a gym?:yes
If so, have you ever used your school's gym?:Not yet. My previous school had a gym, but I never used it because they require you to have a gym orientation, and I didn't have the time or inclination. I'm planning on using my school's gym 2 days a week, and my neighborhood gym on the weekends.

Math geeks unite! I hear ya. I used to really hate gyms and refused to go. Now, I just don't care. I'm not there to make friends. However, since I'm an old married lady, I'm going to like a creepy cougar around all the guys nearly half my age LOL.

    @faithsvegworkout: Math whoo hoo :)

I have a gym membership and I will get over my fear and anxiety of the gym, it's a goal :) but I can't promise I'll join my campus gym.

Does your school have a gym?: Yup
If so, have you ever used your school's gym?: Yes, I used it a lot freshmen year, but didn't really visit it last year, which was the problem... =/ (Got caught up in way too much stuff...) However, it is about thirty feet away from my dorm, so, we're going to spend some quality time together this year.

Major: Undecided but I know I'm minoring in Spanish
    Year in School: Sophomore
Does your school have a gym?: Yes, but it's small.
If so, have you ever used your school's gym?: Yep! But not that much last year ... and I signed up for Planet Fitness because there will be less people there with more machines. It's only a five minute drive.

PF is my gym too. Cheap and efficient, and a 5 min walk from my house!

I know. I was paying 70/month for a gym I didn't use before. To me it's all about convenience. I like the price, but honestly, if a nicer gym opened in walking distance, I would probably switch. PF has too many rules.

    Next mini challenge:

Write yourself a letter on the pros and cons (I'll bet a lot of these are social cons) of eating healthy and exercising during the semester. You don't need to post it publicly unless you want to.

Write yourself a letter on the pros and cons (I'll bet a lot of these are social cons) of eating healthy and exercising during the semester. You don't need to post it publicly unless you want to.

    PROS:

    *Feel better
    *Look better
*Be more inspirational to my clients
*Accomplishment (as in marathon training and increased weights)
*Shallow reason, but cuter mixer outfits

    CONS:

    *PARTYING
*Limited healthy options at sorority house...maybe can't eat there as much
    *Less time
    *Less energy
    *More showers (I'm lazy)

I managed to keep up with my routine thus far, but last spring got a little messy. Hopefully I can undo the damage I did to myself then! One of my major goals is to go out less, like maybe one night a week instead of three, and to drink less when I do go out. Good luck everyone!

I'm going to post mine, since they are not too personal.

    Pros:
    I'll feel better about myself
    I'll have more energy
    It will reduce my stress/anxiety
I'm guessing it will help me study more efficiently
It certainly can't hurt my chances of getting an internship for the spring
I'll get to see all that young college eye candy in the gym HA HA
Less stress, less anxiety, more energy will hopefully contribute to my marriage

    Cons:
It requires more planning, which can be stressful in and of itself
I won't be allowed to snack on junk food while I study
If I want to buy food from school or a food truck, I need to be extra aware of what I'm eating-which might make me a little obsessive
I'll have to keep up with my laundry better
I need to make sure to buy groceries on a regular basis
