Hi All, my name is Lola and I’m the biggest yoyo dieter. I currently weigh in at 150lbs. I’m looking to lose 10lbs by the end of the month and looking for like minded people to join me on this journey 💪. If you’re struggling, or don’t want to keep putting your weight loss off, join me and we can start this together and motivate one another 💕

Not going to happen, sorry. Why the rush?
If you are not obese, losing 10lbs of fat (not just water weight) in less than one month is not feasible; you should be aiming for no more than 1lb per week.2 -
Actually an average of 2lbs a week is considered healthy. I’ve done it before and maintained the weight thank you very much. Everyone’s body is different.2

An average of 2lbs a week could be healthy for someone who is obese, but is not ideal for someone close to goal or already at a healthy weight. Trying to lose too fast can cause muscle loss and a host of health problems.
In addition, you posted on November 10th, meaning you were aiming for more than 2lbs per week.2 -
Everyone is different, of course, but if you are a self-proclaimed yo-yo dieter perhaps you should have a lower target in order to maintain a diet than keep yo-yoing. I'm sure you can reach your goal based on water weight.0
