Was the last time I saw a sub-200 lb weight. Tonight after a year of just putting in work, I finally made it, dropping over 50lbs!!!! I am so stoked right now I had to share my success in hopes to motivate others. 0e8vla3liay3.jpg

Thanks!!! Still grinding.... fell off the horse after my 100 mile Lake Tahoe bike ride back in May, but re-focused and re-charged!

Still going. Latest weight put me at 185 so still going. I have adopted a new lifestyle that is essentially Intermittent Fasting/OMAD and using my Apple Watch/Apple Fitness to ensure I hold myself accountable for closing my rings. I set my daily Active Calorie goal at 800/cal and have now closed my rings and hit that goal for 335 days. Shooting for closing rings for an entire year next month!

Congratulations @simplyRik! You look amazing. My apple watch gets delivered tomorrow so I can't wait to figure out the rings and how I can use them to increase my activity. You are an inspiration!!
