Hi. I lost weight once and was on a roll, finally gonna get where I wanted, then my hip screwed that all up for me and due to depression I gained it all back, plus some, now I need to lose 75 lbs in order to have my hip replaced......

Welcome. I agree, that is a great motivator in itself. Think about how much better you'll feel both 75lbs lighter AND with brand new hips0
