When you loose weight, what happens to the weight you loose? Where does the fat you loose go?

Very oversimplified version of the answer as possible: through your breath, urine and sweat, other energy produced from it's conversion is used to maintain your body's normal functions.
When you're in a deficit you don't have extra fuel for your body, so it uses what you already have.5 -

Cos calories are already on food packaging?3 -
As weird as it sounds you actually lose weight (fat) through your breathing when dieting! Sounds weird, I know, but it’s oxidized as a carbon emission from the body! Look it up!!4

The carbon mass is measured when you step on your bathroom scale. Our weight is the total mass of all of the carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, and oxygen (plus other elements) accelerated due to Earth's gravitational field. As shown in the TED talk video, a great deal of mass from weight loss exits our body as we exhale carbon dioxide molecules.
The energy stored in the bonds between carbon and other atoms is measured in calories.4 -
