Does anyone know what "as consumed" on the nutritional information means?
So I bought some frozen chicken strips (being lazy), and the information is for 100g as consumed
I'm thinking it may be for the defrosted product, what wanted to see if anyone knew for sure

It means it's a cooked value.4 -
then yes - it would be 100g defrosted2
