Should I Keep cutting or Bulk?

I started dieting around July 2018, around 210lbs. which I used myfitness pal to monitor my weight loss every day.
I'm currently weighing 177lbs. But I still see a lot of belly fat and I think I'm skinny fat lol. I'm 5'10 (1.78 m)ft as well, if that can help.
I'm new when it comes to this stuff, but I lift weights at my home like 2-3 times a week since I purchased a utility bench. So I do bench presses, and dumbbell stuff. Should I keep cutting to a much lower weight or just bulk? The plates + 5ft (1.52 m) barbell bar that I purchased are around 87lbs maximum weight. Any tips guys?

It really depends on what you want. If you are comfortable at the weight you are currently at and want to switch things up to bulk that is perfectly okay to do. Just keep in mind you will gain back some fat if you want to bulk. Bulking can take a long time to accomplish so don’t think you will gain all this muscle in just a couple of months. It’s definitely easier for men to do but it also depends on the work you put into it. I’m currently reverse dieting coming out of a deficit to bulk so I can have more wiggle room to play with my calories for when I go back to focusing on fat loss. I still have quite a bit of fat too but my reasoning to bulk will help me in the long run to achieve my overall goal. I’m thinking long term, not short term. That may be an option you want to consider.0

First as mentioned, I would definitely start following an established program.
Next, I would not bulk yet. Since you mention you are not lean and still carry fat, along with your stats, I would cut down more. Before starting a bulk you want to be fairly lean.. it is more comfortable that way, plus nutrient partitioning is more optimal (so you gain a better portion of muscle vs fat). The one exception would be if you were at a very low weight for your height.2
