I will be doing whole 30 in Jan but until then i want to try keto. I am looking for friends with similar goals! please add me! I will also be trying to exercise 4-5 x a week (30 mins to an hour)

Unfortunately I had health issues with Keto, but I have seen people have some serious success with it! Best of luck to you2

I have been doing keto 18 days now, and loosing weight rapidly. I haven’t got down to 20g or less of carbs just yet, but cutting carbs is really making a difference.2
