blue berry muffins (56 calories each)
The recipe is in grams, but i can try listing it in cups too!
150 grams of flour (1 cup)
50-60 grams Whole Oats - Oatmeal (½ cup)
75 grams Fresh blueberries (1 cup)
1 egg
70 grams milk (1/3 cup)
100 grams sugar substitute for baking (1 cup)
2 spoons cinnamon
1 spoon vanilla
2 spoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl (flower, sugar substitute, cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder, salt, oats) until well mixed. Mix egg and milk with a sift. Stir in the the wet ingredients into the dry until there is no lumps. Slowly fold the fresh blue berries.
In an muffin/cup-cake tray of 6 mix one and a half big spoon fulls of the mix and bake 3 trays, making 18 small muffins.

My husband LOVED them! and my co-workers too
Aqua - i have a muffin machine that looks like a wafle maker and i baked them for a 10 to 12 minutes in it. The original recipe i altered was this one http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/to-die-for-blueberry-muffins/detail.aspx which called for big muffins and 20 to 25 mins at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)0 -
