220lbs to 155lbs!

Took me about 9 months. 1300 cal/day, vegetarian, limited sugar, processed carbs and dairy. Tons of protein (yay Vega Powder!) and green vegetables!

I go to the gym 4-5 days a week, and each day involves 30 mins of walking, 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of strength training.

I slowed down during the summer due to health complications, but I'm currently working on my stretch goal of 145lbs!

My reward was $$$ for cosplay haha. I'm kind of a nerd
