Hi! Is there a way to adjust your weight loss goal calories to take into account that you’re nursing? I can mentally add 500 cals/day to suggested calories to achieve my weight loss goal but that defeats the purpose of use of this app. Is it on the app and I’m missing it? Thx!

I believe there is an entry/entries in either the food database or the exercise database?

Yep. It's in the food database. Search "breastfeeding" and you'll get negative calorie entries.

The other option that I've seen and I think is a good idea is to eat at maintenance for your weight and allow your nursing calories to create your deficit.

I set my diary to gain half a pound a week while I was nursing to try and give myself a deficit.
