How many times should we workout per day?

I think people should workout before each meal.

I work out sometimes 14 times a week....all cycling. 2-3 are HIIT style bike races....really hard, usually hit near max heart rates each race. It’s all posted on online, not exaggerating. Your body can handle almost anything you throw at it, IF you build toward it. Did an Ironman and did triple workouts a ton....sometimes 4x a day.
Plus I am in a weight loss mode while doing this.2 -
I exercise twice a day. Burn 200 calories first thing in the morning. Burn 200 at night. Activity varies: elliptical, walking, jogging, weight lifting, spin cycle, Pilates, yoga. Goal is to burn 400 calories a day.2
