Hard work pays off, keto & cardio.
I’d like to lose about 15lb more before focusing on weight lifting.

    Awesome job!

    Focus on weight lifting now! It makes such a difference. I stopped lifting before the summer, and started re-gaining fat instantly, while losing all the hard-earned muscle I'd worked for. Muscle and weight lifting truly makes all the difference!

    I want to commit to keto eating too. Thanks for the inspiration. :)
