I started 2 weeks ago with 4 fitness classes a week I did spin, metafit, zumba, aqua aerobics, body pump, body blitzed loved it..... but yesterday I picked up a large package for someone and my back went on one side, it seems to be easing now, but I wanted to do a class every day next week and I am worried that I will make it worse

Well the first thing is listen to your body. IF it hurts dont over do it and let your body heal. I have had a bad lower back for years. I have not had any problems for quite a few years which worries me I am due for something.

I have even pulled my back reaching for a fork on the kitchen counter. Usually takes mine 1 to 2 weeks depending on how bad the initial pull when it happened.

Rest it and let it heal, just watch your calories in.

For back health try yoga. I wish I'd started earlier.

It can be so frustrating I know but It's best to let it heal, then begin again slowly. If you push yourself now you may just prolong your recovery.
    Good luck to you!

Most cases its nothing to worry about. In fact the more you worry, one ends up noceboing yourself into thinking something is wrong.

One thing that is a possible red flag is it sounds like you have poor load management. In two weeks you are participating in four classes a week.

What was your fitness activity before the two weeks?

How are you monitoring your fatigue?

Listen to your body. Do some light stretching. My back flare ups usually last about a week. They're super painful the first few days then ease up. Maybe take it easy for a bit and listen to your body

If you've never done 4 classes a week, then do no more than your usual schedule. If the classes aggravate it, don't do them, or skip the exercises that cause pain. They might also help it loosen up, if it's tight.
You could try icing it 10-20 min at a time. This can help inflammation, if that's the problem.
