Mine is super simple. A handful of ice cubes, a handful of fresh fruit (usually strawberries, yum!) one container of light yogurt and a couple tablespoons of either milk or juice to thin it out. Tasty and a great breakfast.
  • 1 chobani strawberry yogurt
    1/2 banana
Some frozen strawberries or other frozen fruit (I freeze my own)
    Skim Milk

1 scoop of biochem whey protein powder (vanilla)
    6 frozen strawberries
    half banana
    half a nonfat flavored yogurt
half of a crystal light to-go pack to add some flavor

Filling, 10g of protein and under 182 calories :)

I make a version of this everyday for breakfast

Almond Milk 6oz (any milk will do)
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons black cherry sugar free torani syrup
    and ice cubes
    blend very well

you can add a tablespoon of sugar free jello pudding cheesecake mix powder to make it even yummier and with that its 195 cals with the protein powder I use.

I sometime add cherry carbmasters yogurt to it too and its even better!!
    Enjoy

    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1 scoop chocolate protein powder
140g - 160g of frozen berries (I buy a mixed bag of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Low calorie, low sugar, high protein & high fiber = win, win, win, win!

  • I make this for breakfast on weight-lifting days. Tons of protein! Skip the peanut butter for 100 fewer calories if needed.

1 cup chocolate muscle milk (or chocolate whatever)
1 scoop vanilla soy protein powder
1/2 cup unsweetened frozen dark sweet cherries
1 tbsp all natural peanut butter
1-2 oz juice of choice (I use pomegranate or cherry)

    Blend until delicious.
