I’ve struggled with my weight the last 5 years and reached my heaviest last June . I’m 5’6 and was 235lbs. I yoyo’d until my sister and I made a bet at the beginning of October this year to cut out all junk food and gluten. At the start I was in the 218 area, as of 11/26/18 I am 190. It is working and I’m so happy but I need to keep motivated so I can be at my goal of 135-140 by summer 2019. Any support or tips would be greatly appreciated

Thanks, now I feel like a failure for struggling with a food addiction. I’ll send this to people looking to kick their addictions and make them feel like *kitten* for being human and making poor choices. Just what I was looking for👍

Information like the diagnosis of an eating disorder is generally quite useful when you're posting asking for help.
