In the nutrients section of the diary, why are the goals for saturated fats (in my case listed as 30), while the goal for polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats (nuts, oils, omegas, etc.) Is listed as zero?

I believe because the saturated fats of 30 is a suggested limit rather than a minimum - and unsaturated fats don’t have a limit outside whatever your macros are :-)0

SFA id recommened to be 10% of your calories. MUFA and PUFA do not have limits. Both have been shown to improve metabolic health, especially as compared to SFA.2
