Hey guys, I’m new here. I’m currently 24 years old, 145lbs and trying to get to 120. I’d love some similar motivating girls to help me with my goals, and hopefully be able to help others too. Please feel free to add me even if you aren’t a girl in your 20s, I’ll accept anyone.

Hi there! I am 24 as well. Currently 125 trying to make it to 114:) today is day 2 of eating healthy. Went really off over thanksgiving holiday.2

I’m turning 25 this month (my quarter life crisis) and it’s just dawned on me that my body and my will power are no where near where they used to be! I used to work out every day for hours at a time, I could wear anything, eat anything, and had a great self confidence. I feel you all in the rut!0

I’m not totally sure how much I need to lose 😂 I’ve been overweight my whole life. I’m 23 and currently 178. I think losing 20-30 more pounds of fat will put me in good shape, but I guess I’ll see when I get there!
