Hi All! Just checking in here to get this journey kicked off. I spent several years in the Army and was in great shape. But I have battled some health issues over the years that sapped my will and my hope. But I finally broke free of the maintenance meds I was placed on and told I would have to take for the rest of my life. And I feel like I have been given a second chance as I feel like I have found my “second wind”... If this isn’t a second chance, it’s at least a window of opportunity for that chance, and I’ll take it!! So, before the physical maladies creep back up on me I will beat them back with a new diet and exercise plan, and try my damnedest to stay ahead of it!
Wish me luck!!!
Jerry
