Good day,

My name is Dee and I am 29. Due to a severe depression and anxiety which affected my whole life, I gained around 30 kilos in the last years. I was also part of a very weird religious group-not ready to fully accept it was a cult which took 10 years of my life-and I didn't ask for professional help for both my psychological and physical state because of their advise. 2 years ago I finally left that church and been through therapy. I am now ready to fight to loose weight in a healthy manner, become active and regain control over my life.
My plan is to eat as much as I can whole foods, vegetarian and little by little (no rush) to go towards veganism-because I've noticed this is the eating style (not sure how to name it) that my body enojoys the most. :smile:

    I have been on both a vegetarian and a carnivore diet. Both worked short term but was not sustainable for me. I found that a well balanced diet worked and moderation was the key.
